Security is our foundation. Our platform is built on a HIPAA-compliant AWS infrastructure. All data is encrypted end-to-end (in transit and at rest). Critically, your organization's data is logically isolated in its own secure "tenant," ensuring no cross-customer data access is ever possible. We also enforce strict access controls and audit logging for all operations.

Our platform is designed for a multi-modal workflow. You can directly upload DICOM studies (for imaging), PDF files (for lab results), and input plain text (for anamnesis and clinical notes). Our AI then fuses these data sources for its analysis.

Our analysis is asynchronous, meaning you can submit a case and continue working. A typical report is processed in 1 to 5 minutes. This depends on the size of the imaging data and the complexity of the AI task. You will be notified in the dashboard as soon as the report is ready.

We provide a secure, documented REST API that allows your technical team to programmatically create patients and submit new cases from your existing systems (like an EHR or RIS). While we don't offer direct, out-of-the-box EHR adapters, our API is a robust tool for building custom integrations.
